The City of Modesto contracts with garbage companies for weekly trash pick-up and bulk trash pick-up. Consider utilizing the free city resources if you just have a few bulky household items to throw away. They offer two pick-ups per calendar year, and items are set up by appointment. Please call your residential garbage company or visit the Modesto Bulk Trash Program directly.
