- 10 yards: 12 ft L x 8 ft W x 3.5 ft H
- 20 yards: 22 ft L x 8 ft W x 4 ft H
- 30 yards: 22 ft L x 8 ft W x 6 ft H
- 40 yards: 22 ft L x 8 ft W x 8 ft H
Dumpster sizes vary depending on what the rental provider has in stock. Some carry other sizes, too, like 8 yard, 12 yard, 15 yard, or 25 yard containers. Similarly, the cost to rent a dumpster varies depending on the size dumpster you rent, the type and amount of debris you're putting in the dumpster, the provider you rent from, and more. However, with that said, the average cost to rent within the U.S. is between $300 and $600.
