Are Allen residents welcome to place bulk trash items to the curb?
Once a month, the City of Allen, Texas accepts bulk waste items that will not fit into residents’ trash cart. You must call the City to schedule this service by noon on Friday to pick up on the following Saturday. They will collect a maximum of five items and certain restrictions do apply.
Is construction debris acceptable bulk waste?
No. Construction and demolition debris is handled differently than white goods, bulk items, and regulated household trash. The most cost-effective and simple way to handle construction, remodeling, renovation, or demolition waste (or just everyday junk that you’ve accumulated) is to call three or more local waste haulers to rent a 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 yard dumpster.
