- Concrete or asphalt: 2,400 lbs per yard
- Lumber: 400 lbs per yard

What if I can’t load the debris myself?
Hiring a junk removal company may be the best solution. Some dumpster rental providers may offer to load the dumpster for an additional charge, but this isn’t the norm.
