The assistants of Allen Service removed all items quickly. The two man crew was professional and ask questions on items to make sure if a particular item to be removed. I would recommend them to others to use their services and reasonable price for a full truck load. This is my second time using their services.

We had to get rid of construction debris and other miscellaneous household junk from my dad's house so we rented a 40 yard dumpster from Allen's Container Service. They offered the best price and highest weight capacity out of everyone we spoke with in the area. I was very happy with their service and would happily hire them again.

When I called Allen's Container Service to get a quote, I told them that I was cleaning out my basement and that I wasn’t sure what size I would need. They told me that there was a flat rate of $300, and they dropped the dumpster off that day. When they were suppose to pick it up, however, no one showed up. I gave them a few calls and they came to pick it back up a couple days later. I wanted to make sure that there were no additional fees because the dumpster was not picked up on time, and when I looked at my credit card statement, I saw that I was charged an extra $150 from the original price I was told. When I called to address the issue, the receptionist told me that it was an overage fee, even though the dumpster was not full, and the additional days that the dumpster was on my property was not my fault. I tried calling the owner but he wouldn’t answer any of my calls until I told him I was going to stop my credit card payment. When he finally called me back, he was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge that the overage fee was not warranted and that the total amount charged to my account was 50% higher than the flat fee he initially promised me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a lot of junk lying around the house—a little bit of everything but mostly construction debris. Allen was the only one that came to give me a bid for both the dumpster and the clean out. I called 4 other companies, and no one else showed up. He came the same day and gave me a price. And he honored that price. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, and when he left, you can't even tell that he had ever been there. He really did an excellent clean up job. I have used them twice now and will call them again for a household clean out this time.

They dropped off the dumpster, picked it up, and immediately charged my card but refused to give me a receipt. I called Allen's Container Service numerous times requesting a receipt to provide to my accountant. Every time I call, I'm given the same answer: I'll send it today, but I still don't have it.

I rented a dumpster from Allen's Container Service and it was a very smooth experience from start to finish. My phone call to inquire about pricing and timing was answered by a friendly human, not a voicemail. The dumpster was delivered on time and placed where I requested it, even though I was not present at the time of delivery. Pick-up was arranged with a simple phone call. This is a family-owned business, and I was happy to support them. They were extremely friendly, had excellent communication, and had reasonable prices! It was a great experience working with Allen's Container Service and strongly recommend them for your dumpster needs.

I needed a 15 yard dumpster for a clean up project I did, and I got one from Allen's Container Service. I had a couple of issues at first, and the dumpster was picked up late, too. When I called them to come get it, they told me that the schedule was filled up and they wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Friday. So the dumpster was stuck at the house over the weekend. The other issue I had was with the price. The quote only was different from what they charged me. I thought it was supposed to be the same considering that was the posted rate online, but it wasn’t.

I needed to remove broken up concrete amounting to a ton. Allen's Container Service did the job for me. I have nothing bad to say about them or their services. They arrived on time and hauled away the concrete. They did a great job, and I would recommend their service.

I was trying to get rid of stuff like 2 cabinets, a chest of drawers, a fire pit, a kitchen cabinet piece, a portable dishwasher, barbecue pit,a and other junk. I ended up renting a dumpster from Allen's Container Service. They came in on time and placed the dumpster where we wanted it. I had to call them to pick up the bin.They came right away once we called.

I needed to remove some large items like old furniture and debris from the garage and I had Allen's Services do the job for me. We did have to wait 2 hours for them to get to the house. But other than that, they did a good job. They came in got the items and cleaned up the area.

I'm doing a bathroom renovation and needed a small dumpster for all of the construction debris. The guys at Allen's Container were friendly and easy to work with.

We tore down 2 walls and have mainly plaster, along with some wood and flooring, to get rid of. A 10 yard container was all we really needed and we got one from Allen’s at a good, market-value price. The guy had a little trouble with the truck so I got the dumpster a day late, but it wasn't his fault the truck had mechanical problems. He was pretty nice too guy, very polite, smiling, and in a good mood. That was refreshing.

We rented a 10 yard dumpster from Allen s, for some old furniture. We put down the $75 deposit and kept the container for 9 days. They gave me a couple of free extra days, which I appreciated. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

The guys from Allen's did a really good job. There are a few steps to get to the unit in the apartment building, but they were able to haul everything away in just 45 minutes. They were a lifesaver.

Typical garage junk had to go. Allen's Container was reasonably priced, so we rented out a 20 yard dumpster from them, just for a day. The guys dropped off on time and didn't damage any of the property in the process.

We had already moved out of the house and the new owners were ready to move in, so we had to get it cleaned out. We still had an entertainment center, metal shelves, and some furniture to get rid of. I went on the Hometown website and found a few that I liked, but what made me decide to go with Allen's Container Service was the fact that they recycle, which was a big plus for me. Most of the stuff was laid out upstairs, but we had some in the basement as well. They told us they were even going to try and fix some of our things so they could donate it. All in all, it was a good job. My only disappointment was that I was quoted a price that went up $50. They offered the broom sweep, and I thought it was part of the service, so I agreed. In the end, it actually cost extra. It wouldn't have been an issue if I was told upfront. The broom sweep was done very poorly as well. The upstairs had already been vacuumed, so there wasn't much to clean, but the basement hadn't been cleaned out, and they didn't do a broom sweep there, so we had to go back down and do it ourselves. Other than that, they did a good and speedy job.

Allen's Container Service did a good job hauling an old piano out of my ground floor apartment. It was a great service overall and I would recommend them to others.

I needed someone to take away a metal swing set. It was a very simple pick up job. They were able to do it without any fuzz or delays.

We bought a house and was doing some refurbishing so we needed a dumpster to get rid of an old toilet and some construction debris. Allen's rented out a 10-yard container to us for a week. We needed to keep it with us for a few days more though, because of the rains. They did a fine job. We had no problems at all and I was happy with them.

My relatives and I were clearing out my Mother's house when it suddenly sold a lot quicker than anticipated. We had to get the rest of the furniture and such out in a hurry. It was unfortunate because much of the stuff was in good condition. We just either didn't want it or didn't have the storage space for it, and I wanted to donate the stuff but didn't have the time to. Thankfully, Allen's Container Service was there in a flash and everything was finally cleaned up and the house was ready to be sold.
