Big Red Rolloffs

Big Red Rolloffs provided us with a 40 yard dumpster for a commercial project. Their service was excellent, and they were friendly and easy to deal with.

I was doing some serious spring cleaning and needed a 30 yard dumpster for house-hold junk I no longer need. I got the dumpster from Big Red Rolloffs and everything went very well! They brought in the dumpster very promptly and picked it right up when I was done with it, I didn't even notice them pick it up so, that was very convenient for me. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Big Red Rolloffs was supposed to drop off the dumpster in the morning and ended up dropping it off in the afternoon. Our dumpster wasn't 3/4 of the way full but was overweight, so we got an additional charge. If you’re doing a construction project, expect to pay more than the initial fee. They only include the first 3 tons, and we were 1.46 tons over. As someone who has never rented a dumpster before, it never occurred to me that we could be overweight. So much for the “No hidden fees” in big red letters on their website…They also picked up the dumpster without letting us know they were coming so no one was there when they did. We didn't notice until long after they were gone that they scratched up the driveway.

I needed a 20 yarder for a property clean up I did to clear it with junk that I no longer need and trash. Big Red provided me with the right size dumpster. The only issue I had with them is the truck that they sent wasn't articulated. My driveway is long, narrow and full of curves so their truck had to drive over the lawn for it to place the dumpster. But other than that, they were very nice, easy to talk to and very helpful. They did what they were supposed to do. It was good doing business with them and I will call next time if ever I needed another bin but I will ask for an articulated truck because of my drive way. They still did a very good job.

I did a house cleanout after mom passed away and needed a 20 yard dumpster for the resulting debris. We also had some reno debris to dispose of. Big Red Roll Offs came and delivered the dumpster without any issues. The driver showed up on time with the right dumpster. He was very professional, and the people I talked to over the phone were very helpful and nice. I am planning on using them again because we'll be continuing on some renovation projects. They were awesome and I do recommend their service.

I needed a 20 yard dumpster for old furniture, cement, and other construction debris from a project. I had the dumpster for 14 days. Big Red was on time, price was good, and they did very well.

I needed to rent a dumpster to clean up some tree limbs. I got a 40-yarder for 14 days from Big Red. They were excellent. I had to pay a little bit more for extra weight, but their prices were very reasonable, so I had no problem with it. They definitely get top ratings from me.
