The customer service is phenomenal. Dustin responds back very quickly. The process of getting the roll-off set in my backyard was painless and not stressful at all. From getting it dropped off to pickup was the best service one could ask for. I had to leave the day I called for pickup not expecting for them to pickup that morning which they did do! I told them just drive in back and get it just close gate afterwards. The driver took his time to make sure my chickens didn’t get out and locked the gate back for me. Phenomenal, customer service all around! Thank you, Dustin, for making my journey with you a wonderful one. I will call again if need another dumpster one day.

Enviro was professional and helpful. Their performance was flawless. They encouraged us to rent a larger dumpster and we were glad we did. No hidden fees. One problem. We did not secure the walk-in door and we had one windy day. The door slammed shut and injured both of my legs. I still have an indentation on both sides of the leg that was closest to the hinge after 7 months. Point? There ARE safety features on the dumpsters, please use them.
