I had my roof repaired and needed an 18 yard dumpster for the debris. I hired Firefighter Dumpsters for their rental abilities. Their service was okay. They were on time with their delivery and pick up, hence making the job smoother on my end. I was charged for going overweight, but it seemed reasonable on my end since I was off for a couple of thousand pounds. Overall, good service from them.

We had an eviction and the local constable gave me only hours to dispose of the tenant's junk. They did it all with one call. The delivery driver was equally nice and accommodating. I demolished the old garage in prep of a rebuild and rented an 18 yard dumpster to handle the cleanup. The customer service people at Firefighter were very helpful and nice. They explained the process of renting a dumpster to me clearly before they scheduled one to be delivered to us. They dropped it off on time and I got to work. I called them for a pick-up but they informed me that it would be later that day. It wasn t much of a hassle because they did pick it up. The load was a bit overweight, so I had to pay the fee, but it was ok because they provided us with good service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
