Staff was nice, and extremely knowledgable, driver was very courteous and professional prices were great!

Be prepared to pay for all the water soaking the material in the dumpster if it rains. They say they drain it but everything is soaked. Water is VERY heavy!

I've rented a dumpster from Paramount Property Services LLC on two different occasions and was very satisfied both times. Every time I called them they were available, professional, and prompt. Their workers are efficient and their location is perfect, too. I would gladly use them again for future projects.

Dara and her colleagues at Paramount Property Services LLC were no-nonsense, easy to work with, and I have zero complaints. I did a whole-house COVID-19 pandemic clean out of my house after 25 years and raising three kids. Because I didn't have much else to do, I spent about 6 weeks cleaning. In that time, I filled (3) 15 yard dumpsters in 90-degree heat. Paramount Property Services did an excellent job in all respects, including their nice staff and prompt pick-ups.

I rented a dumpster from Paramount Property Services in June to get rid of some old, unused household items and some other debris lying around the house. They brought one dumpster as scheduled and I filled it up, then I ordered another one and they brought it promptly, too. They did just fine, and the price was reasonable for an excellent service. Couldn't be any happier with their service.

We had a bunch of junk in our barn that had accumulated over the years and rented a dumpster from Paramount Property Services to get rid of it. They dropped off the dumpster in a timely manner, and their driver was very patient with me on where I wanted my dumpster placed. After I was completed, I called them up Monday morning, and they were at my home by noon picking it up. In addition to superior customer service, they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Paramount for not only their dumpster services but their company as a whole. I could not be more satisfied.
