Prado Development & Demolition

I hired Prado Development & Demolition to removal my oversized inground pool. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and explained everything to me. They were always professional and courteous. They left my yard looking great and they did the best cleanup work I've ever seen. I really liked the power wash to the driveway to clean up the dirt that was left in the driveway. I would definitely hire them again!

The project with Prado was supposed to start July 8. Hurricane Beryl hit that day so it was put off to late September by mutual agreement. When the crew arrived they immediately began the work as stated in the agreement (This was a residential in-ground pool removal). While the work took a bit longer than expected (7 days rather than 5) the job was professionally completed and within stated cost. My family and I are extremely pleased and would definitely recommend Prado Construction to any and all of our friends.

Prado is excellent. They arrive when they say they will. They work efficiently and professionally. When they are done they clean up, probably cleaner than before they arrived. Honestly, they are the most professional tradesmen I have ever hired. I will use them next time.
